Dr. Denitza Arguirova is an accomplished leader in data center development with international experience in portfolio and project management, stakeholder engagement and data science. She joined Provident Data Centers in 2023 and was recently promoted to Director of Data Center Development, where she leads site selection, entitlements and civil coordination. Denitza is a bridge between internal teams, external partners, utilities, regulators, and community stakeholders as she guides the end-to-end development of hyperscale infrastructure. Her contributions help Provident deliver mission-critical data center campuses that support job creation, tax revenue and long-term growth for the regions they serve.
With a Ph.D. in economics and labor markets from Université Paris-Est, Denitza started her career designing data algorithmic models to enhance national education systems across Latin America, Asia and Africa. Through this work, she encountered firsthand the limits of computing capacity and came to understand the essential role digital infrastructure plays in enabling modern economies and institutions. That insight ignited her desire for direct impact in the digital infrastructure industry.
In addition to her data center development duties, Denitza serves on the Legislative Committee of the Texas Nuclear Alliance, advocating for clean and alternative energy solutions. She is also a board member of High-Tech High Heels, a nonprofit committed to increasing the number of women pursuing science, technology, engineering and math careers, reflecting her commitment to equity and inclusion in the industry. With a blend of global experience, technical knowledge and a passion for inclusive and sustainable development, Denitza is shaping digital infrastructure today and redefining how it serves communities, economies and future generations.
