Institutional Partner of the Year Award

STACK Infrastructure exemplifies the sustained leadership and collaborative action that define an outstanding iMasons institutional partner. As a founding signatory of the iMasons Climate Accord, STACK has contributed executive leadership, technical expertise, and employee engagement across sustainability, policy, workforce development, and regional programming. Its team helped originate and co-chair the iMasons-GRESB Data Center Working Group, advancing the industry’s first data center-specific sustainability benchmark.

STACK has also led materials research, supported decarbonization initiatives, and contributed to Power Accord policy coordination. With a presence spanning 24 markets in 11 countries and more than 8.5 GW of built or developing capacity, STACK brings global scale and practical implementation to iMasons’ mission of advancing responsible digital infrastructure.

Alison Marlow Reese, Data Center Business Development Leader, HDR

Alison Marlow Reese is a global digital infrastructure leader whose work combines strategic growth, industry partnerships, and workforce development. As Global Chair of iMasons Armed Forces, she has transformed the initiative into a growing platform connecting veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses, and students with careers in digital infrastructure.

Under her leadership, the program has expanded across multiple regions, hosted 30+ workforce development and networking events, and engaged military communities through industry events, mentorship, free training, and job-matching tools. Her introduction of JROTC and ROTC pathways extends the initiative’s reach to future talent, while her partnerships with employers help translate military experience into meaningful career opportunities. Alison’s leadership exemplifies iMasons’ commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and building the industry’s future workforce.

Local Chapter of the Year Award

iMasons Texas State Chapter

The iMasons Texas State Chapter has transformed a rapidly growing digital infrastructure market into a platform for collaboration, education, and industry advancement. Under Dr. Denitza Arguirova’s leadership, the chapter united communities across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio through a “One State, One Team” approach. Its impact includes a pioneering AI Hackathon with Southern Methodist University, attracting 400 registrations, 200 participants, and 80 teams; partnerships with leading universities; and workforce initiatives engaging nearly 1,000 military job seekers.  By integrating iMWomen, LatinNet, Emerging Talent, Armed Forces, and sustainability communities, the chapter has fostered inclusive engagement while advancing conversations around power, people, planet, policy, and pushback. Its statewide programming and global collaboration have established a scalable model for chapter excellence.
