Fluid Futures: Hublot’s MP-17 Meca-10 Arsham Splash

Hublot’s latest masterpiece is born at the confluence of contemporary art and cutting-edge horology. In its newest collaboration with American artist and Hublot Ambassador Daniel Arsham, the MP-17 Meca-10 Arsham Splash Titanium Sapphire transforms time into a fluid sculpture.

This piece marks Arsham’s first wristwatch design for the brand. The new model distills the creative partnership into a sleek 42mm form inspired by the shifting motion of water. The case is shaped in organic curves of shiny microblasted titanium complemented by a frosted box-shaped sapphire bezel. A splash-shaped aperture in the dial reveals the HUB1205 Meca-10 manual-wind movement, which delivers a remarkable 240-hour power reserve.

Arsham’s signature green becomes the visual connective tissue of the design, along with the illuminating hands, numerals, markers, seconds display at nine o’clock, and power-reserve indicator at 3. Six H-screws retain their architectural place on the bezel and caseback, ensuring that the watch remains undeniably Hublot. Limited to just 99 pieces worldwide, this edition invites collectors to see time as Arsham does—“suspended, precise, and always in flux.” More than a timepiece, the MP-17 Meca-10 Arsham Splash is a moment—captured mid-motion and crafted to last beyond the imagined future.
