Bernardo Suárez Sepúlveda
President & CTO, Bleeding Edge
Bernardo Suárez Sepúlveda, co-founder, President, and CTO of Bleeding Edge, is redefining AI infrastructure by treating data centers as manufactured products rather than one-off construction projects. Drawing on his background in software, engineering, and enterprise AI, he authored the company’s modular architecture, construction methodology, supply chain, and managed compute platform. His approach enables live AI capacity in 120 days, validated at QRO1 in Querétaro, Mexico, which became the company’s first operating AI data center and earned the 2025 DCD LATAM Edge Data Center Project of the Year award.
By combining standardized modules, factory manufacturing, parallelized site work, and a broad-based supply chain, Suárez has created a repeatable model for scaling high-density AI infrastructure across geographies. His work extends from physical infrastructure to GPU reference architectures and the software required to operate Bleeding Edge as a neocloud.
