Amy Marks
SVP Innovation and Sustainability, Compass Datacenters
Lindsey is redefining what responsible digital infrastructure development looks like through a community-first approach built on transparency, partnership, and long-term impact. She played an integral role in launching CleanArc’s “Good Neighbor” campaign in Caroline County, Virginia, engaging residents before construction began and helping embed community priorities into the development of the VA1 data center campus.
Her leadership has translated that commitment into action, from preserving wetlands, forest cover, and local habitat to investing in workforce education, local businesses, youth programs, and community health initiatives. By demonstrating that sustainable growth extends beyond the data center itself to the communities it serves, Lindsey has created a model for development where digital infrastructure and local communities can thrive together.
