As a long-time advocate for the Atlantic digital corridor, how do you see the region evolving as a strategic hub for global connectivity and economic growth?
The Atlantic region is one of the most critical digital corridors in the world, driven by subsea cables, interconnection-rich data centers, Internet Exchanges, and terrestrial network investments. This convergence is accelerating economic development on both sides, especially in Virginia and key European markets. As data consumption, AI workloads, and cloud distribution grow, the Atlantic will play a central role in enabling low-latency connectivity, hyperscale expansion, and resilient digital ecosystems.
