Informal Interaction with Amber Caramella

With your career so intertwined with technology and being “switched on,” how do you unplug and create time and space to be offline outside of working hours?

I love my career and the fast-paced environment. Even though it’s demanding, I try to be present in every moment inside and outside of work, whether I am in the board room, cycling, boating, hiking, or enjoying the occasional karaoke night with my family.

Initially, my goal was to achieve work-life balance, but now my focus centers around work-life integration. Leading teams across multiple time zones often makes having traditional “working hours” difficult. I’ve become good at prioritization—constantly evaluating the overall Level of Effort vs. the Level of Impact—to ensure my team and I execute our most strategic priorities while giving me time to focus on my family. As David Allen said, “You can do anything, but you can’t do everything.” This sentiment reminds me to have aspirational goals while still managing a plan.

I am incredibly passionate about creating the right culture here at Netrality and extremely grateful that I work with a leadership team that possesses the same view on the importance of culture. Building an environment where team members genuinely enjoy working and achieving success together is imperative.

At the end of the day, I aspire to have a rewarding career balanced with a fulling personal life. I strive to be a good role model for my daughter and promote a path for future generations within the digital infrastructure industry.

This will help us track how much traffic is coming to the website through our LinkedIn Ads and better understand the traction from our campaigns. I’ve included the steps for where the code needs to be added, along with the code snippet below. Please use the provided code as instructed. Code snippet -
