With the new Pelagos Ultra, Tudor pushes its diving pedigree into uncharted depths. Engineered to withstand the rigors of saturation diving, it is the most technically capable Pelagos to date— water-resistant to an astonishing 1,000 meters and Master Chronometer–certified by METAS.
The 43mm titanium case, crafted in grade 2 with a grade 5 caseback, integrates a helium escape valve and a unidirectional ceramic bezel. Legibility, critical at depth, has been reimagined with oversized markers, bold “snowflake” hands, and luminescence in two distinct tones—green for the minute hand and bezel pip, blue for the rest—each ensuring clarity even in the ocean’s twilight zone. The matte black dial, with ceramic composite monobloc indices, emphasizes robustness and functionality.
Beneath the surface, the Manufacture Calibre MT5612-U beats with certified precision, featuring a silicon hairspring, non-magnetic construction, and a 65-hour power reserve. This movement not only meets COSC standards but has also achieved METAS Master Chronometer certification—a testament to its accuracy under the harshest conditions.
Equally innovative is the bracelet: a fully satin-brushed titanium design with Tudor’s proprietary rapid adjustment clasp. A luminous visual indicator shows its setting—an industry first—while a diver’s extension accommodates thick wetsuits. The watch is also supplied with a black rubber strap and extension system for ultimate versatility.
The Pelagos Ultra is more than a diver’s instrument: It is an exercise in extremes, born of Tudor’s “Born to Dare” spirit. Designed to conquer the abyss, it also assures its wearer that if it can survive 1,000 meters below the surface, it can endure anything life demands above it.
