As Senior Managing Director at DigitalBridge, Jon Mauck leads the firm’s global data center investment strategy to advance DigitalBridge’s position as a leading investor-operator in digital infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience working as an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor in the technology and communications infrastructure sectors, Mauck understands how digital infrastructure enterprises can navigate and thrive in the current atmosphere of high-performance computing tailwinds plus utility availability and interest rate headwinds. Under his leadership alongside fellow InterGlobix titan, Marc Ganzi, DigitalBridge has developed one of the largest independent global data center platforms, spanning more than 230 facilities across over 100 markets worldwide. Through his differentiated approach to portfolio construction—aligning capital with sub-sector specialization and local market insight—he enables partners to optimize capital structure, accelerate deployment, and scale efficiently across technology cycles.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mauck was CFO and President of IO Data Centers, a privately held data center company that developed and operated over 1.5 million square feet of data center space across three continents. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of the Technology Infrastructure group at Citigroup’s Investment Bank as well as an attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions at Thatcher Proffit.
