Adaire Fox-Martin is a globally recognized technology executive who currently serves as CEO and President of Equinix, where she leads the company’s global strategy and growth agenda, supporting well over 10,000 customers with 273 data centers across 77 metro areas in 36 countries. Prior to Equinix, Fox-Martin held senior leadership roles at Google Cloud, where she was President of Go-to-Market and Head of Google Ireland and oversaw global sales, professional services, and partner ecosystems. Before Google, she spent nearly 14 years at SAP, serving on the Executive Board and leading the company’s Customer Success division, and 18 years at Oracle, where she held executive positions in sales and business development, with a focus on government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Fox-Martin’s career is marked by her ability to drive business transformation, foster customer-centric strategies, and manage large, diverse international teams—all while remaining committed to innovation, social responsibility, and global business excellence. She is a passionate advocate for social entrepreneurship and workplace inclusivity and is a Board member of the Equinix Foundation, focused on ensuring a more accessible, sustainable, and interconnected digital future for everyone, everywhere.
