James Leach

James Leach is Chair of the Leadership Board for the NVTC Data Center and Cloud Committee and one of the leaders in the data center industry. He helped to make Virginia the number one data center market in the world. While President of REACH Advisory & Development, Leach and his colleagues help digital infrastructure companies, including data centers, dark fiber networks, 5G wireless systems, and renewable energy solutions grow and open new markets.
