Blancpain reimagines its most classic collection with the Villeret “Golden Hour,” introducing subtle yet profound evolutions across three emblematic models. Offered in two case sizes, 40 mm and 33.20 mm, and crafted in either 18-carat red gold or stainless steel, the 2025 lineup spans an automatic three-hand with date, a complete calendar with moon phase, and a refined moon-phase calendar for smaller wrists.
The collection debuts opaline and golden-brown dials, each finished with a delicate grained texture that elevates the warm, autumnal palette. Roman numerals in 18-carat gold are newly sculpted with satin-brushed surfaces and polished bevels, while slender hands with luminescent inserts deliver clarity and contemporary elegance. Blancpain’s expressive moon phase–a house signature since the 1980s–returns with a larger aperture, a ceramic disc, and a domed gold moon featuring the iconic humanized face.
On the back, a redesigned open-worked oscillating weight in red or yellow gold reveals manufacture movements finished with Côtes de Genève and fine bevelling. All calibers, equipped with silicon hairsprings and a five-year warranty, underscore Blancpain’s commitment to enduring mechanical performance.
Completing the evolution, the Villeret collection introduces a quick-change strap system in four supple shades–brown, honey, blue-grey, and beige–each developing a graceful patina over time.
The Golden Hour collection reaffirms Villeret as the purest expression of Blancpain’s timeless style.
