WHY: In 2025, Aligned Data Center’s DFW-04 data center reached two significant milestones—Groundbreaking and Topping Out. The Groundbreaking ceremony celebrated the official start of construction and the company’s expansion in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, and the Topping Out ceremony marked the structural completion of the building, recognizing the dedication and leadership of Turner Construction Company, along with the invaluable contributions of Polk Mechanical Company, Cherry Coatings, SteelFab, FSG Smart Buildings, Lithko Contracting, and Bosworth.
