Enabling AI Across Apac

How to support digital transformation in this market and beyond

Having spent nearly two decades working across the Asia Pacific region, I have had a front-row view of the data center industry’s transformation, from a behind-the-scenes utility to the foundational infrastructure of the digital economy, powering cloud computing, artificial intelligence, global connectivity, and the technologies reshaping how people live and work. Data centers have evolved from a fringe asset class into one of the most significant infrastructure builds in human history.

As the industry matured, my career progressed from investing in digital infrastructure to developing and leading large-scale data center platforms across the region’s most consequential markets. Through building organizations from inception through public markets, and now leading STACK APAC, that experience has shaped a deeply practical, execution-focused perspective on how AI can be enabled at scale across Asia Pacific.

STACK APAC was built with a clear and deliberate mission and strategy: to establish a meaningful presence across both the region’s largest and fastest-emerging markets, with a strong developed-Asia bias. In four years, the platform has expanded across Japan, Australia, and Malaysia, operating in some of the most strategic AI and cloud markets in the region. Today, we have operational facilities in Melbourne and Tokyo, with active developments in Osaka, Sydney, and Johor Bahru, most being leased or committed. Our strategy is grounded in delivering scalable infrastructure with the flexibility hyperscale clients require.
