Informal Interactions with Lee Kestler

As the CEO of a company that is so future-focused and community-focused, how do you make time for being present and connecting with your more immediate surroundings?

I’m fortunate to have a family that shares an appreciation for the industry. Our children, Sam Booth, a marketing and communications specialist; Jordan Kestler, a PA in health tech; Ryan Booth, a project management and software consultant at PwC; and Andrew Kestler, with 12 years in the data center industry, all either work in the sector or are deeply familiar with the digital tools our industry enables. I really value being able to discuss these impacts across generations and it brings my wife, Christie, and me great pride knowing they appreciate our career paths.

Christie, a former VP of Service Delivery, has always been a transformational leader in her own career and continues to be a trusted advisor as mine evolves. Outside of work, we enjoy biking, water sports, and exploring all the beauty that the Commonwealth of Virginia has to offer. The decades of time working in this industry has created extensive relationships which we cherish. We enjoy giving back to the next generation and helping others enter the sector.
