You previously worked as a mental health therapist. Does that experience help you with your work-life balance? How do you like to unwind?
I lean into my faith; it sustains me. I enjoy spending time with my family. I love going to the movies. Although I don’t get to read for pleasure often, I read for pleasure when I can. My staff tells me that I don’t take enough time to unwind. Of course they are correct, but I’m working on eating my favorite snack, popcorn, watching my favorite sport, track and field, and just having some “me time.”
