Ring In Summer With New Smart Ring Bling

The world’s thinnest and lightest smart ring gets a tech-heavy glow up for 2026

Known for smart rings that are built to perform and designed for comfort, the RingConn brand is raising their game in both function and form with their forthcoming Gen 3 ring.

On the performance front, the new model is slated to be an improvement on the Gen 2 model and its direct competitors in many ways. The Gen 3 is one of the first smart rings to feature haptic, screen-free feedback. That means that instead of having to rely on the companion smartphone app for things like alarms, inactivity nudges, and health notifications, you get an alert straight from your ring via discreet vibrations. Furthermore, in addition to featuring all of RingConn’s established health monitoring tools—like heart and respiratory rates, blood oxygen levels, and sleep and stress tracking—the Gen 3 is the brand’s first model to provide blood pressure tracking through metrics like heart rate and skin temperature sensors. Even the battery life is getting an upgrade: It’s purported to last more than 13 days, which is three more than the Gen 2 and five more than the other leading competitor.

While the Gen 3 model maintains the thin, lightweight design for which RingConn is celebrated, this latest evolution of the smart ring also stands out from the crowd with more options for customization. Specifically, there are now five different finish options instead of three—hello, brushed rose gold and brushed silver—and the ring is ready to ship in sizes 6 through 15 instead of 14.

Though RingConn seems to be keeping details about the Gen 3 launch close to the chest, chances are you can get your hands on it—or, rather, get it on your hands—by June or July. As far as the  price goes, it’s likely to be in line with the current Gen 2 model (299 USD).
