Around the time and headspace you devote to building a growth-oriented operating model and developing strong teams in a high-performing and inspiring workplace, how do you preserve space to care for yourself and maintain a balance between your professional obligations and personal life?
First, just as you structure your calendar at work, you need to structure your personal life. It’s not always easy, especially when you work for a company that operates in different time zones, but I always set aside time to recharge, reenergize, or enjoy downtime. For me it’s about creating boundaries and sticking to them—if there is a family dinner or a family trip, I prioritize that.
I also believe that by taking care of myself, through exercise and quality time with loved ones, I show up better for my work. It’s all about maintaining that balance.
