Infrastructure Development

Driving efficiency and consistency across engineering, construction, and operations globally

Responsibilities

Global construction, engineering, supply chain operations, and capital cost management

Essential Skills for the Role

  • Comprehensive understanding of different delivery models
  • Effective risk management
  • Meticulous project execution
  • Relentless focus on scalability
  • Supporting and involving employees and suppliers in decision making

On Work-Life Synchronicity

“My family is in construction, and I was inspired by my grandfather, who owned his own construction company. Once I started to work in the field, I loved it, and it really helped having those role models within my family to support me.”

On Driving Synergies Across Geographies

“As we brace ourselves to support the global growth of the data center industry that is ahead of us, it was extremely crucial to the business to build standardized and repeatable processes around the construction, engineering, supply chain, and capital cost management disciplines of the company. This approach gives us the ability to manage our functions at the global level and drive consistencies and efficiencies across geographies at the same time. It’s also imperative that we rely on our regional teams as our ‘feet on the ground’ to ensure we’re still able to tailor our services to local needs as well. Similarly, we approach every partnership with transparency and a mentality of collaboration—effective planning, proactive decision-making, and better management of risks starts with an open dialogue.”
