Over the past two decades, the expansion of internet infrastructure helped close the global digital divide—and the Atlantic played a foundational role in that progress by connecting Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. Strengthening this transatlantic digital fabric is essential to sustaining global economic growth and ensuring equitable access to the next wave of technological transformation.
