Jason O’Rourke is the Marketing Manager for the Pacific Telecommunications Council with almost twenty years of marketing experience in the telecommunications industry. He is also a landscape and wildlife photographer in Hawaii, and a volunteer with Hawaii Marine Animal Response, doing outreach on Hawaii’s beaches with seabirds, honu, and endangered Hawaiian monk seals.
