Nancy Novak is the Chief Innovation Officer of Compass Datacenters, which builds data centers for leading technology companies around the world. She has more than 25 years of construction experience and has overseen the delivery of over $3.5 billion in projects. Novak is also a passionate advocate for issues related to the advancement of women in technology and greater diversity in STEM.

With more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and administrative management, Patty Sewell is the CFO of Sabey. In her current role, Sewell is a multi-functional member of Sabey’s Executive Leadership Team responsible for setting the Company’s financial strategy to support its long-term goals. As an executive leader, Sewell is passionate about developing future leaders and instilling in them the organization’s core values.

Shalini Sharma is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, at Vantage Data Centers. She is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of international corporate legal experience and 15 years of experience in global financial technology. Sharma’s passions include her children and mentoring young and diverse attorneys.

Shelagh Montgomery is a 25-year sales veteran of the Internet and data centers industries. She is a founder and executive sponsor of QTS’ Women Inspiring Leadership Group and was recently recognized for her efforts by Women In Technology (WIT) with a nomination for the 2020 Woman of the Year in STEAM.

Sonal A. Patel leads marketing for Verizon Partner Solutions and is responsible for developing the winning strategy and vision for the global wholesale business unit, and management of Verizon Wholesale’s product portfolio to drive revenue growth, gain market share and also inspire thought leadership through the development of key partnerships, targeting new customer segments and launching new products and services. Patel’s prior cross-functional experiences span business operations, finance, accounting and sales operations with focus on Consumer & Business segments.
