Nancy Novak is the Chief Innovation Officer of Compass Datacenters, which builds data centers for leading technology companies around the world. She has more than 25 years of construction experience and has overseen the delivery of over $3.5 billion in projects. Novak is also a passionate advocate for issues related to the advancement of women in technology and greater diversity in STEM.
As CoreSite’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Kaiser is responsible for overseeing revenue growth, managing daily operations for the company’s national sales organization and contributing to strategic planning. She has over 20 years of direct sales and management experience in the data center, network communications, software and managed services industries and has worked for companies including IO Datacenters (now Iron Mountain) and Abovenet Communications (now Zayo). Kaiser is currently also the chair of iMasons Marketing and Awareness Committee.
Alexandra Schless has a long and distinguished track record in the datacenter industry. In the past two decades, she transformed a start-up business into a market leader and as a Vice President she led international sales teams. She is now CEO of NorthC Datacenters where she focuses on growing the business, while doing so in a sustainable and socially responsible way. “Sustainability is the key to future growth and constant technological innovation is the key to sustainability,” according to Schless.
Shelagh Montgomery is a 25-year sales veteran of the Internet and data centers industries. She is a founder and executive sponsor of QTS’ Women Inspiring Leadership Group and was recently recognized for her efforts by Women In Technology (WIT) with a nomination for the 2020 Woman of the Year in STEAM.
Ivonne Valdes is a Transformational Global sales leader with more than 30 years of expertise in Mission Critical Datacenter, Enterprise and Cloud. Her drive to keep learning helps her passionately identify market opportunities and develop precision GTM strategies to transform and accelerate business. She is currently in charge of the company’s top segment—with customers such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Facebook and Apple.
With more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and administrative management, Patty Sewell is the CFO of Sabey. In her current role, Sewell is a multi-functional member of Sabey’s Executive Leadership Team responsible for setting the Company’s financial strategy to support its longterm goals. As an executive leader, Sewell is passionate about developing future leaders and instilling in them the organization’s core values.
